A new AI 100% developed by Lybra Tech
Unlike market solutions that integrate generic AI models, Zenit has been developed entirely by Lybra Tech. The model has been trained on millions of real bookings, collected from thousands of hotels across different seasons, geographies, and markets: every pricing logic has been validated against demand patterns that actually occurred.
The result is a system built specifically for hospitality, combining the precision of quantitative analysis with the execution speed of a machine.
Zenit does not simply suggest a price. For every room and every date, it analyzes more than 10,000 scenarios, evaluates when to propose a price test or a minimum stay strategy, and autonomously verifies the effectiveness of each decision in the real market. Every recommendation is explained in natural language, enabling hoteliers to understand – and validate – every suggested pricing decision.
Total transparency: zero black box
One of Zenit’s distinctive elements is its ability to communicate clearly and understandably. Each recommendation is accompanied by a detailed explanation of the reasons behind it, making the decision-making process transparent for the revenue manager and hotel management.
The system learns from every manual intervention made by the operator, providing continuous feedback on the accuracy of the choices made.
Intelligence that improves every day
Zenit is designed to evolve together with each property’s market. Every pricing decision is compared with the actual response of demand: booking pace, occupancy trends, and positioning against competitors become the signals that validate – or correct – the model day after day.
In this way, the system recognizes the specific dynamics of each hotel with increasing precision: seasonality, guest mix, price elasticity, and the impact of local events.
The longer Zenit works with a property, the more relevant its recommendations become for that market and that positioning. This reliability stems from the experience Lybra Tech has gained over years of working alongside the hospitality industry at an international level.
Native integration in Lybra Assistant
Zenit is not an additional module: it is an AI natively integrated into Lybra Assistant, available from May 20 in beta version.
Lybra Tech is part of the Zucchetti Group, chosen by more than 30,000 hotels worldwide for its hospitality software solutions.
“At Lybra, we have often anticipated many features that later became common across
all RMS platforms – a continuous drive toward innovation that the market recognizes
and appreciates. For Lybra’s tenth anniversary, we didn’t want an event; we wanted a
gift. Zenit is an artificial intelligence agent that does one precise thing: it sits next to the
revenue manager and talks to them. About data, anomalies, what to do that day, and
what to postpone. We built it in three years, but in reality, it is the result of ten: of all the
questions our customers have asked us, and all the answers we have learned to give.”
