Step1: Choose which tool you’ll use
There are a few options to choose from to create Instagram ads:

- Facebook Ads API

The easiest way to choose which tool you’ll use is to consider your company size and the number of ads that you’d like to run at any given time. The Power Editor is best if you’re looking to run a lot of campaigns or if you want more precise control over your ads, but the Ad Manager usually works for most marketer’s needs.
