It’s a high-level success indicator, and you get it by dividing the total number of rooms occupied by how many rooms you have available. Take this answer and times it by 100 to get a percentage rate.
• RevPAR. This metric stands for revenue per available room. In short, it’s the metric you use to assess your hotel’s ability to fill your available rooms while charging an average rate.
