Zucchetti North America

Zucchetti North America is a technology provider with a foundation built on decades of expertise and a long-standing reputation for reliable solutions.

The company was created through the integration of established brands such as Lodgical Solution and Vertical Booking USA, bringing together a comprehensive suite of software – including PMS, CRS, POS, RMS, and direct booking tools.

Its mission centers on addressing the distinct operational requirements of hospitality and retail operators throughout North America. Whether serving independent boutique hotels or large multi-property groups, Zucchetti North America delivers configurable, fully integrated solutions supported by responsive, U.S.-based teams and a focus on ongoing innovation.

Although the brand officially launched in 2022, its origins date back more than a decade. It began around 2012 as Vertical Booking, led by founder Mark Lewis-Brown. Over time, the team expanded and eventually merged with Lodgical Solution, a respected property management system provider.

For several years, the two businesses operated independently until they were brought together under the Zucchetti North America umbrella.

The POS platform originally known as Systopia – now branded TCPOS – was later added to the portfolio.

Today, Zucchetti North America unifies these technologies under one organization, offering a complete range of hospitality technology tailored to the North American market.
