This is an introduction to the basics of revenue management.     • Understanding how to identify the right segmentation based on a hotels’ need and the importance of it.

    • Introducing yield management and its techniques with restrictions and conditions.
  • Group displacement and pricing
    • Understand importance of selecting the best piece of business through displacement calculations.
