Digital is speeding up the changes in society, people, customers and our business environment. Agility is more important than size. Innovation is the motor and an ‘outside in’ customer centric culture provides the fuel to survive. Customer centricity is a mindset. Innovation is a mindset. Agility is a mindset. And those mindsets are all about people. People need to be outside in, they need to feel, taste, hear and smell the environment. We are in a world driven by data and automation. Collecting data is key but we need to look beyond the ‘relevant data’ because that only confirms what we already know. We need new data that forces us to adapt; to be fast and agile. Companies and people need to be passionately curious. Curiosity did not kill the cat. It helped the cat to survive.
